These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Lorne Pellani online store and to any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

The store is operated by Lorne Pellani, 3808 Crystal Lake Drive, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, United States (support@lornepellani.com). The store is hosted by Shopify; purchases are made directly with Lorne Pellani.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our watches and their colours accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include free shipping. Prices may change without notice, but you are charged the price shown when you placed your order. There is no VAT or import duty to pay on delivery: all customs fees are covered by Lorne Pellani. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

5. Orders

An order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock issue; if we do, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and the 2-year warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Lorne Pellani name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to Lorne Pellani or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its security or use it for any unlawful purpose.
